		<description>I can only speak from my own experience on this.  I suffer from reflux and dry throat while I sleep.  This makes my vocal cords (and throat) very dry and agitated first thing in the morning which makes it very hard to sing.  I have to warm up for at least an hour before my cords are in a condition to vocalize properly.</description>
