		<description>Hey Diego,

That is certainly a problem for you. Try this. Bend over from your waist and let everything just hang. Let go of your abs and try and breath as low as you can. This will get gravity on your side and hopefully help you relax :)

		<description>Hi Evelyn,

There could be a few reasons why your throat is stuffy. Here is a link to a related article that has some suggestions on how to fix your problem.

<description>Thanks for the comment Warren. Bad habits can certainly be one of the hardest aspects of singing to overcome. As you say &quot;practice, practice, practice&quot; is the key!

<description>Ian, I have found your comment about &quot;muscles have memory and if repeated enough the co-ordination will become automatic&quot; to be spot on. Overcoming the earlier-acquired &quot;bad habits&quot; of breathing is not easy, but doable with practice, practice, practice. Thanks again.

		<description>Hi Rafael,

I hadn&#039;t really thought much about it before, but weight could impact your ability to breathe correctly.
To get your air as low as possible your diaphragm needs to push the contents of your abdomen down and out.
I guess the more you have to push, the harder it would be! :)

Yeah 7 seconds is a bit short compared to what is possible. It will certainly affect your tone if you are struggling to get your breathing right.

5 to 10 minutes a day should do the trick.

Thanks for the questions,
Ian</description>

<description>[...] Airflow can be the cause of vocal cracks.  Too much air can bombard your vocal cords with pressure and tension.  Too little air can have the opposite effect leaving your cords struggling to vibrate.  There needs to be a balance between the two.  Your vocal cords need a consistent amount of pressurised air to vibrate efficiently.  You can find out more about airflow here.
